I like that it is cute, light weight, inexpensive and fits in a small space. I use it against a wall by my bed to hold papers, books, or mail that I like to read or review. Do not grab on to or lean on for support as it could easily be tipped over by a young child or small pet. I love it for what I use it for. Also, it can hold a small plant or knick knacks on top.First up for those politically minded, this is NOT from China, but Malaysia.White plastic poles and nice light laminate pattern. Bright and cheery. The chipboard/particle board construction is typical for this grade of furniture. The tubes are cheap plastic, but sturdy enough as long as you don't try to overload the whole thing. You can cram it full of paperback books and it'll hold up on the lower levels. The top is good for another fifty pounds or so without worry, just don't torque the thing if you've got 150 pounds or more on it.Instructions are decent enough pictographs, with typical "Engrish": "ceneter" instead of center for instance. I was a bit surprised to see that glue was needed for the dowels and edge on the center piece vs cams, but was pleasantly surprised to find a perfectly sized tube of Elmer's like glue included. Took about ten minutes to put together, including going through the instructions first to make sure I didn't have anything backwards. You could bang twelve of them out in an hour if you were trying.The laminate is also typical. 5 of 6 sides covered, but the shelf bottoms are unfortunately not also laminated. There's a slight overlap on one "edge" of the shelves. Not very noticeable, but make sure to put them all at the "back" of the shelf for best viewing. Not necessary, it's minor, but worth noting ahead of time. You CAN unscrew the poles and repack the topmost section if needed. You CAN assemble it with just 2/3 shelves in place and you CAN leave the center divider out if you wanted to for some reason (it'd be less strong though for very heavy loads). You can NOT really stack them. It's unsafe with any of these kinds of shelves, but especially impractical with these do to the "pole hat" caps since they aren't flush.The "bins" are fabric, cheap fabric wrapped on cardboard. Consider getting the model without them for a couple bucks less, but they're attractive enough in medium light and sturdy enough for filling with light things (not books).Unlike the 99132 model, this one came with plastic "hat" caps for the poles, I like these better personally, but it adds a millimeter in height where the poles are and they ARE required.For under two "Andrew Jacksons", it's tough to beat. I'm using it as an "island" to support a desk extension and it is superior to what I could build for the purpose for that price, even if my time was worthless.[...]My review is for Color: Beech and White | Size: 3-Tier Single with BinsI bought this shelf to display all my gaming art and memorabilia. The first shelf we received was damaged out of the box. One corner of a shelf was broken off entirely. The box didn't appear damaged so I'm not sure how the damage occurred. I felt like it might have been packaged damaged but there's no way to know. I removed one star for the inconvenience but Amazon and Furinno honored their policies and I was sent a replacement.It was easy to assemble and holds everything I needed. The 2nd shelf I received wasn't missing any parts and nothing was received damaged. For the price this shelf is perfect. It looks like more expensive shelves. The only real issue is you might have to deal with a return and multiple orders. Even with the first order coming in damaged I would buy this again. I PAID FULL PRICE FOR THIS SHELF**It's a $25 three level case, so you can assume you're not going to get high quality stuff but that doesn't mean it's bad. There are a few things though that you'll want to keep in mind before you dish out for the case.1) Measure out the space it will take up and actually look at how much that is. I would take books and line them up to see just how wide the shelf is because if you're looking to hold a lot of things then this is not the bookcase for you.2) The top shelf is flimsy, I would not fill the top layer with books. The mid section is really where the books are going to have to go. In my case I'm putting document binders there, and the middle partition on the lowest section reinforces it well enough to hold some weight.3) Be careful when you assemble it. The instructions do not make it clear, but I would highly recommend you screw the bottom feet onto the pipe with the lower shelf as the first step. THEN put in the middle partition and finally the mid shelf. The instructions show all three of these steps simultaneously but if you're dumb and put the pipes in the wrong direction (like I did) you have to remove the mid shelf to take out the pipe and it's flimsy enough you won't want to do that.Overall a nice shelf that served it's purpose, but know what you're buying... or rather what you're not buying when you invest in a low-priced piece of furniture.I love this stand. It meets my needs perfectly. It was a little difficult for me to put together, but after my failed attempt, with help it assembled in less than 15 minutes.Like some of the reviews here, this really is a easy to assemble item that looks and feels high quality for its price! Shipping was fast and nothing was damaged, which is always a relief.
