Nice storage containersGreat buy if you want to keep your space organized buy these now.My shoes are now protectedThe included instructions are horrible. Here's what I did:1. Take the box out of the package and unfold it and crease it a bit so it will maintain a mostly square shape.2. Place the end of the open box on a hard table with the long tabs pointed upwards3. Fold the long tabs all the way into the box; crease them a bit along the seam so they create a 'hook' when you release them.4. Press the door side down onto the now hooked tabs. It will take a bit of fiddling to coerce the non-square shape of the sides into the square door grooves. When you succeed, the tabs will hook permanently and create a rigid square5. Flip the box over so the door side is down on the table and begin the process of folding the tabs and pressing on the rear; make sure to rotate the rear so the short 'stacking' tabs are on the same side of the box as they are on the front door, then press down until the tabs hook onto the rear wall.6. The result is a surprising rigid box.One container was mess up and couldn't put it together so i was one shortVery difficult to assemble. Very flimsy, not stable whatsoever. Incredible waste of moneyThese are very hard to assemble and not sturdy at all. Cheaply made. I don’t recommend buying them. I didn’t even want to give them one star.Cons:If you don't follow the instructions of these exactly and happen to put a piece on the wrong way- it's not coming off. The way that the tabs of the side walls hook into the front and back frames locks them in, and makes it impossible to disassemble them to fix a mistake. On one side of the front and back frames there are tabs, on the other side there are notches; if you get the front or back turned around and put the box together- you're up a creek. I was tired when I started assembling these, the instructions were lackluster, and now about half of them will not be able to lock the sides together because I turned some of the frames the wrong way. I can still lock the tops and bottoms, so it's not a total foul-up.Even the ones assembled correctly are finicky about fitting and locking together -as another reviewer described- and they tend to come apart from each other when moved. The doors on them flop open at random intervals if the holes are faced upwards, so I had to turn the whole stack upside down to keep the doors closed. Each box unit is individually wrapped, and makes a wasteful mess of plastic and paper.Pros:The boxes do keep shoes separated, organized, and easy to find in a space efficient manner. The boxes are simple to assemble, if you focus on what you're doing. (Facepalms at self)I think it's nifty how these can be arranged to suit a variety of spaces and needs. They fit my size 8 shoes nicely; I can keep knee high boots folded over in them, and with smaller shoes like flip flops and heels I can stack at least two pairs into them. You get a lot of the boxes, and they're a good lightweight storage solution for many items. I have been using the extras for craft supply storage- I always need more of that, lol.Overall they're alright budget-friendly storage, and good for small spaces.Shoe Storage Boxes - Mupera 18 Pack Black Softtop Stackable Clear Plastic Shoe Storage Containers Bins Foldable Sneaker Storage Organizer, Fit for Size 11
